It was a 1 hour interview that had 4 people interview me in 15 minute chunks. It was like speed dating for a job. It's not for everyone, but I loved the process. Knowing that I had such a short time to interact with decision makers meant that I had to really make a human connection quickly and display my knowledge to make them want to extend an offer.
