Applied online, got sent an email the next day to set up a interview face to face. It was a group interview, basic customer service questions. It was just me and another girl so it wasn't too long. I was told for my position I would have to do another interview with someone who wouldn't be back til two days later. Never got a phone call to set up another interview but I got an email saying congrats, papers to do background check etc. Look at the email and it says sales associate. I applied for a lead sales, did an interview for a lead sales. Called to speak to the manager, she then stated the person who did the interview wasn't able to make the decision for lead jobs. Then she said I could be a sales associate and apply for a lead sales later.. ummm no, the pay is different and that's not what I applied for. A straight bait and switch, I declined the offer. Why have someone do interviews that can't approve someone to be a lead?

Applied online, got a call a few days later. Had the interview with the assistant manager. Basic questions about customers and my experience. Really easy. After the interview, they called back so we could talk salary. I said I wanted at least $22 an hour with my experience. They wanted to offer $15. For being a MANAGER!! Unbelievable stuff. See ya.
