Entretien
Interviewed for the holiday season (they always hire a lot starting in September/October to prepare for the holidays). They called me in for a group interview. There were about 10 of us in the room, plus the HR and assistant HR of the store. Questions were posed by the HR, and everyone had an opportunity to respond, but only if they wanted. You wanted to be sure to speak out if you had something to add, or you might be overlooked. Out of my group, all but 1 or 2 were hired. Only a few of those stayed on after the holidays.

Question 1
No specific questions were difficult; they were mostly ethical/situational questions (what if you saw an employee stealing, etc.), but you had to speak up if you wanted the HR people to remember you after the interview.
In person, then a call witg an offer, with an email offer as well, then training on computer and in perosn with another associate. Then on your own for the rest of the tome

Not too hard.Very friendly.Interview lasted about 25 mns.They asked me about my background,and few behavioral questions.Manager was very sympathetic and nice.It was a one round phone interview and the hiring process was fast.It was a part time job
Sit down with the manager. Asked basic questions and name time about various situations. Also, wanted to see your experience. Seemed like they like older people, and want more experience.
