J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's
Entretien
I applied online and got a phone call for an interview about a week later. I arrived 15-20 minutes early and two people were already there. Eventually everyone showed up, there were 7 in all, and we waited in the customer service section until the store manager arrived about 15 minutes after the scheduled time. He took us to a back room, explained the position to us, and had us watch 4 kohl's commercials back to back. I took it like a champ and didn't even laugh at the ridiculous J.Lo clothing line commercial :) Then he asked some pretty basic questions about past experience and stealing, picking 3-4 of us out of the group to answer each question. I was nervous upon finding out it was a group interview because I didn't know quite what to expect, but it was laid back and an overall good experience. I thought I did well, but there were only a couple positions and another group after us, as well as some members of my group who also did well and had more experience. I didn't receive a call for a second interview.

I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
