J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Woodbridge, VA) en juil. 2017

The interview was fairly simple, my interview was actually one-on-one with the manager. The manager will ask you a bunch of questions, but I believe the question that decides if you're hired or not is your availability. I'm assuming I didn't get the job because I wasn't available on days they wanted me to come in. Other than that, the entire interview wasn't too bad.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
