I was questioned by my store manager about why I would be good at my position. I was able to talk about my strengths as a supervisor. I told them how I would be able keep up in the positions, run freight from the weekly trucks, and how I was able to merchandise the floor.

After applying online, you’ll get a Email to schedule your first interview which will be a phone screen interview, usually a video call. The store manager or assistant store manager will be giving you the interview. If they like you they will move forward with the hiring process and call you to schedule a in person interview.
