Much easier then I thought. I thought it would be a group interview but it was one on one with manager. She was pretty relaxed and nice. Asked some basic questions from a paper, talked about what time I would be out from school. Then she offered me the job. Got an offer email next day

They called me into an interview after a few days online. They asked me only one question and then said they would hand it off to their corporate office based on their needs.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
