I applied with a paper application on a Wednesday and was called back the following Monday and was asked to interview the following day (Tuesday). One thing that stood out to me was that the manager said that they prefer to hire candidates that are more flexible on hours and not just monday through friday 8-5 and also candidates that don't require forty hours a week. He said another thing that he looks for in potential candidates is how neatly they fill out their application and how detailed they are. He said if there are any gaps in employment he always wants an explanation why in the section for that.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
