Applied through snagajob and received a call within 2 days. Interviewed within 3 days and had the job a week after the interview. The interview is usually with the store manager or the assistant manager (I've worked here twice) and they ask typical questions. They mainly want to see if you're willing to engage with customers and if you can make credit goals. Let them know you like to tell people about good deals and so forth. It's all about customer service.
