Talent person didn’t check with me prior to the interview if I was looking to relocate, as I’d applied to a Stockholm role from the UK thinking it was remote. Had they checked this, it would have saved 3 people time and energy from joining an interview just to end it after 2 minutes. When I asked about the relocation item, I was asked if I was ‘up for it’ and then basically told to suit myself when I said I was not. Very uncomfortable

Had some great conversations with people in different spaces across the team. It felt more like a two-way conversation getting to know each other than a formal interview. They had a mass layoff towards the end off the interview process which did not make me feel secure to accept an offer.
