4 rounds of interview. One online IQ test. Same test again with an additional programming test (mcq) when you go for onsite interview. First interview is with recruiter like where do you want to see in 5 years etc. Then technical round with problem solving skills and interview on your previous experience. And finally one interview with management.

programming test has a very wide range of questions.
it consisted of 3 parts, HR, technical, behavioural. The technical part was a leetcode hard problem but they did not expect a hard solution. The behavioural was related to leadership principles similar to most companies.

Entretien
I had a second experience with Klarna. After the ghosting of last year, Klarna reach out again for a SWE position. The same happened. After the first discussion, I have been told again to book a slot for the second round. And then... no news from anyone.
Second ghosting. Klarna has a terrible HR process and policy.
I feel like I dodge a bullet here. The work environment might be pretty toxic if it is aligned with the HR practices.
