Aptitude tests and several levels of long interviews. Response time is quick. HR is friendly and gives you good information about the company. There’s no clear job/role description which makes the interview process very arbitrary.

Easy application form. A day or two later, received an invitation to the online test. Strangest one I've ever done, not sure what exactly it's testing - gigantic waste of time. Did not progress further.
