The process took over 4 weeks from the moment of sending an application to first and last telephone call, so in general very slow even they were looking for 2 BAs.

Question 1
I was asked to describe my current position, about independency at work, nothing difficult in general.
Lots of steps, takes a long time to finalize the process. There was a logic test and personality test. At the last step they closed recruitment because of the layoff announcement.
standard interview process ,hr , technical interview fallowed by IQ test. Interview was in English yup thats it pretty much just like any other interview you would have only different part was the iq test in the end compared usual psychological test usually big companies do.

Entretien
The process was very smooth, and condensed. Within a month I did three levels. It was just the month before the massive retrenchment, the signs on the wall were not promising. I got another offer
