Biggest waste of time ever. They drag you along until for weeks with impersonal exams to just send you an email saying thank you for your interest. First is the Mechanical Aptitude Test, which is very easy. Then a quick 15 minute phone call followed by a HirVue video and a Caliper personality test. The personality test was probably the most difficult and time consuming part. I feel like I did well on everything but then just received an impersonal no thank you email with no reasoning the next day. I feel like they owe me two weeks of my life back.
