About a three week process. Started with a recruiter who had me complete an application for Keyence. I received an email to take a aptitude test. After completing that, I received an email requesting to set an appointment for a phone interview. After that, a skype interview followed by a personality test.

Se divide en 4 pasos el proceso de postulación, en este momento tuve la primera fase, una inducción por parte de la empresa, el cual explicaban tanto la empresa como el puesto el cual se aplicó, así como una llamada de 5-10 minutos con una encargada de recursos humanos.

It was difficult but if you study and know the product, you should do well. I ended up getting the job but it also depends on the location that you want to be in for the position.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
