The process was extremely thorough, with hours and hours of online assessments, interviews, etc. First, I had to fill out an online assessment, then, I was contacted for a video interview. After that, I was given another assessment that took a few hours. After scoring almost perfectly on everything, I was contacted to set up a video interview with a hiring manager. The manager asked very unrelated and odd questions. I feel as if I did not get to share a proper representation of myself. However, I thought I had one of the best interviews I had ever had. Even though I thought I killed the interview, I received no response and was ignored by Keyence through several calls and emails. I never even received a call or email that I did not get the job (it is now 2 months later). Overall, every person I worked with seemed very rude. I am glad that I did not get an offer from this company.
