The first interview was weird because you were talking to yourself with a camera recording you while you were given questions to read and answer with a certain amount of time.

It was good. They start out with an information session and there are a few interviews after. Hirevue assessment - record yourself answering questions (sell yourself, behavioral questions) - team will watch this. 5 questions. Behavioral style Sales based - sell something (not KEYENCE product) You have 30 seconds to read the questions and come up with answers. Then have 3 minutes to answer the question. Once question is complete, you cannot go back Typically takes 2-3 days to determine to move forward Next interview - find locations, get more information Then final interview

1. Phone interview (initial screening). Pretty standard. 2. Recorded video interview. Completed online and asked you questions and recorded your answer. Only gives you one take so that was a little different. 3. In person interviews. These were at corporate in IL and they had quite a few. I had to do a group interview, a product demo, a panel interview and listen to presentations. Overall a fun day and not too difficult.
