Cut to Career Day:
Keyence flies you out to their headquarters in Itasca, Illinois. You will be in a group of 15-30 young professionals, mostly rising seniors in college. Environment is extremely professional. Dress business professional but on the conservative side (no pattern shirts). Depending on your individual schedule you will go through a sales role play, a sales pitch of an actual Keyence product, a sales case study, final interviews with 2-3 managers, and 2-3 presentations by HR on day to day activities and the position overall. Be yourself, but Keyence looks for alpha individuals. Take control of the sales case study, be professional, and know your product/pitch when doing the role play and sales presentations. You will be asked questions that you are expected to know the answer to, in addition to questions intentionally meant to throw you off. Be confident, be precise, and know your product. Keyence strives on the value their products present, so do not cut price during negation in the role play.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
