J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Keyence (Chicago, IL) en juin 2017

As many other people have commented, it is a four-step process. First comes the Bennett test (a mechanical aptitude test, then a video interview via HireVue, followed by a Caliper test, and if the hiring managers are interested, an in-person interview. The process was quite unnecessary and drawn out. I made in through three out of four steps before receiving an email saying they were not interested but with no clear explanation. I emailed them asking what I could have done better, and after several days, they replied and said my qualifications didn't match other applicants. I was surprised by this, as I graduated from one of the top public universities in the country with a Bachelor of Science degree and have eight years of sales related experience. The job opening is for an entry level candidate with four to six months of intense training. My question is who exactly are they hiring? If they are more qualified than I am, have they already gone through extensive training with other companies? Are they willing to go through all this training again? I'm just bothered that they dragged me through the whole process only to drop me before an in-person interview. Even the recruiter who contacted me said he was shocked. In the end, though, it is for the best because I don't think it would have been a good fit anyways.

The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
