Overall experience is perfect. They know exactly what type of people they are searching for. There are specific purpose and objective in every question they asked you.
Took me a total of 5 round which cost around 1 months period.

Entretien
Interview was fully based on personality, communication and presentation. Situation based questions were asked(try to convince the interviewer that theatre is better than ott for eg) and not much technical or core questions were asked.
