Hard but rewarding selection process:
1. Psychometric Test (analytical and behavioral)
2. Recorded questions online interview
3. Online Assessment center (3 parts)
3.1 Prepare a PowerPoint and present it in 15 min about the business area you think will grow most in the next 3 years + 5 min of Q&A
3.2 Discussion with other candidates about the best sustainability strategy (40 min)
3.3 Final interview with 2 Operations managers with STAR type questions (30 min)
4.0 Final interview with Regional Manager with again, STAR type questions and CV final review. (30 min)
