Well-Structured Process: The interview stages were logically organized and progressive — starting with HR screening, moving to technical assessments, and concluding with leadership discussions. Each step added value and felt purposeful, with minimal redundancy. Interview was good. I had an overall good experience with the interview, interviewers were friendly, the process was also relatively straightforward. Half the questions are behavioural and the other test your financial knowledge.
