The earlier you get in the better (sophomore year seems to be current point to get foot in the door). You need to interview first with a manager or partner to get an internship. From there you will have an opportunity to prove yourself in the internship and get a full time offer. Almost all interns get offers, so scoring an internship is the hardest part. Once that is done, you are in the clear. Interview focuses on behavioral traits, not detailed analytical questions.

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit, it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit
Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
