It involved an online psychometric test (numerical, reasoning, literacy) followed by a few questions about yourself - was a brief video interview with questions online following the psychometric test which included questions like why you want to apply there, what you can bring to the firm, why they should choose you and the like.

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.

Consisted of a 15 minute situational judgement quiz and assessment and then A 30-40 minute interview with your chosen team’s manager and a member of the team. Afterwards there was networking with graduates.
