Working at a startup was incredibly valuable for me, as it gave me the opportunity to wear multiple hats and manage competing priorities. I had to be adaptable and quick on my feet, which helped me become resourceful and improve my problem-solving abilities. It also gave me a deeper understanding of how different business functions are interconnected. This experience taught me to be proactive, take ownership of tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. What is your experience with partnership accounting applications like Yardi?
It was a very straightforward interview. I enjoyed talking to everyone, and it looks like a really nice firm. I would like to accept the offer, but I need to give it some thought.

Primarily a behavioral interview over 3 rounds. Some questions were a bit off-topic, but also meant to learn more about you. First met with the hiring manager and then 2 managers. I did not get an offer and also asked for feedback, but got no response.
