First, there was pre screening call, and then they scheduled the first technical round which was hosted by Assistant manager. I must say he was an amazing person. The interview lasted for 50 minutes and at the end, he gave me tips on how to prepare for the partner round. Then I got a call for 2nd round with partner after a few days. The partner round didn't go really well. He wasn't aware of whether it was my first round or 2nd and who took my first round.
first some online questions and tests, very easy. Then HR interview only, again straight forward. Interview on location with senior managers, and business case with partner. Slow process on response
Business case where financial knowledge is tested, emotional intelligence, Work experience, personal fit. Knowledge about financial statements. Great experience overall. 3 rounds in total, with Junior,senior and partner. One Online rest face to face
