Entretien
I participated in two behavioral interviews with partners, which were quite laid-back and centered around my resume, without a focus on technical skills. The interviews were so heavily skewed towards assessing behavioral aspects that it left me pondering the methods they intend to use for evaluating my analytical abilities. The entire experience was conversational and non-stressful, but it raised questions about the balance between evaluating personal attributes and technical proficiency.
back to back with a senior manager and a partner. all behavioral and and very straightforward. make sure to have different stories prepared from your experiences in school or work
2. Interview Process
Step 1: Self-introduction
The duration is 1-2 minutes. Some managers will ask, "Have you prepared the presentation in English or Chinese?"
Both the Chinese and English versions of the proposal should be prepared, and they can be flexibly switched according to the manager's requirements.
Step 2: Deep Dive into the Resume
The manager will listen carefully and ask for details. The experiences listed on the resume must be true and can withstand scrutiny.
Common Questions:
"What specific tasks did you undertake during your internship at xx?"
"Have you encountered any difficulties? How did you solve them?"
"Why didn't you stay at the previous internship company?"
Step 3: Issues related to behavior/motivation
