Paper based on english IQ and company history and there was a short interview as a get to know process.
Paper is done at the head office and will require a paper and an interview
Pretty straightforward to be honest, probably due to the fact that I applied for the experienced role. No games or any unnecessary assessments, instead interview by HR (maybe there is another assessment after that but I failed the interview I guess?).

Explain the previous working experience and any relations to the Risk Management or Compliance?
Ask about some questions around Risk and behaviourial questions. Not thing too difficult. Interviewees are nice to talk and very knowledgeable. Overall experience is very nice and smooth. Didn’t get the offer.

Interview process was brief, short round. The interview was expected to be smaller then most round in the other domain, more focused towards data handling, situational question: pressure/tenacity levels under deadlines were checked.
