Three stages - 1v1 interview, group discussion and reflection. Overall experience is quite well , the interviewer is very friendly makes me feel calm in the 1v1 section. From the feedback I got , I failed my group discussion but this is my first time having assessment centre still have a lots to improve

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.

Consisted of a 15 minute situational judgement quiz and assessment and then A 30-40 minute interview with your chosen team’s manager and a member of the team. Afterwards there was networking with graduates.
