Basically subject related on auditing and law and financial reporting and there were 2 rounds technical and hr round and in technical round they were asking about difference between caaro 2020 and caaro 2016 and IND as 115 and types of EPS and section 185 of companies act, and verification of prepaid expenses and articles hip experience.

Person called for Preliminary discussion and sheduled 1st round of technical interview and after 20days 2nd round of partner interview happened.

Well, the interview was manageable. Every question is related to the CV and the Current scenarios. Due to this Covid the interview went in Virtual Mode. I felt there was less scope to grab the attention of the interviewer.
