There were mainly three rounds of interview; these consisted of phone interview, manager interview, and partner interview. Phone interview was with HR, they wanted to make sure they were hiring a candidate who was able to answer some simple behavioral and resume questions on the spot; for example, "why did apply for this position, why KPMG". Usually they would offer you the second round once they are satisfied.Manager interview was more intense, this involved behavioral questions which you could easily obtain online, as well making sure they hired a candidate who knew exactly what their job composed of. Partner interview was extremely relaxed, 30 minute of the discussion was based around casual discussion, they wanted to ensure they could work with you for 10 hours inside an office environment.

It was a bit long and nerve wrecking. There were two interviewers, they were very nice and tried to make the process as comfortable and relaxing as possible. There were a ton of applicants and it took about 30- 40 mins pers person
