I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter shortly after. The initial interview was very basic. Asked a little about my skills, experience, and why I wanted to work for KPMG. The interview concluded with the recruiter telling me about her story and why KPMG was so great. I was informed that I would receive a follow-up within a couple days, but that turned into weeks. I had to follow-up multiple times with the recruitment coordinator and the recruiter to finally receive an answer that they moved forward with other candidates. Please keep your candidates informed throughout the process!

Entretien
After days of preparation and finally arriving to corporate on time, interviewer was late. Not only that, she did not apologize and led me, and another candidate for the same position, down these flights of concrete stairs, which was very uncomfortable. Both her and one of the partners asked random, unrelated questions: What do you do for fun? What are your plans for the holidays?
How are any of these questions related to HR?
Unprofessional and disrespectful experience overall.
