Straight forward process. Talked with employees in the group I applied for. Spoke with a recruiter. Then had in-person interviews with senior leaders in my practice. Was given an offer soon after.

How does your work experience align with our practice and the types of projects we work on?
It was a very straightforward interview. I enjoyed talking to everyone, and it looks like a really nice firm. I would like to accept the offer, but I need to give it some thought.
Telefoninterview über Teams - mit Partner und Manager. Zuerst Personal Fit, CV präsentieren, dann fachliche Fragen im Bankensektor (z.B. beobachtete Trends). Am Ende ausreichend Zeit für Fragen und sonstige Themen. Rückmeldung kam telefonisch nach 2 Wochen.

Welche Trends beobachtest du aktuell in der Finanzbranche?
Primarily a behavioral interview over 3 rounds. Some questions were a bit off-topic, but also meant to learn more about you. First met with the hiring manager and then 2 managers. I did not get an offer and also asked for feedback, but got no response.
