Entretien
First round was the group discussion. The topic was very easy and it went out pretty smooth . I cleared it . The second one was an online exam . It was a little tough and had a lot of accounts in it .Cleared that too. Third one was the technical round. The person was very nice and humble. Asked a lot of situation based questions and some accounts related ones too. It went for an hour or so. Cleared that too. But by end of the day i was really tired and exhausted. I couldn't give my best for the HR round. Besides she was really impossible on why should i be hired. I told many strengths but she said many of the candidates would be having the same. It was a weird dead lock . Could not clear this round.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
