Very streamlined with feedback at every step of the way. My recruiter was, by far, one of the best of those I've worked with (and this is considering I didn't get the job).
On the day of the in person interview I definitely felt impressed by the people I spoke with at KPMG; That said, I was incredibly intimated which might have hurt me. I was able to speak with most people one on one, at least briefly, which gave me a feel of the lab (nice ambience).
Surprisingly, in regards to other KPMG reviews I've read as well as what my friends at KPMG, the whole process was super quick. This might have been because I interviewed at their Innovation center rather than a more corporate role.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Why KPMG's Innovation Lab?
Why the associate position (or something to that effect)?
What do you think is important about innovation?
Why your previous position? How will your skills transfer over to a lab environment?
There was also a test/game using sticky notes and the topic of "holidays" to assess how strong the candidate would be at interacting with clients and pushing along business processes during lab sessions.
With one manager and one director, both behavioural and technical questions were asked, still manageable I think, and can prepare beforehand on resume base on the experiences, need to be familiar enough

I had two rounds of interview with a hiring manager or the Director. The questions were more behavioural based. It was a well paced interview process, following which I received an offer.
The interview was smooth, consisting of three rounds with straightforward questions. It was a positive experience, with no issues encountered throughout the process. Overall, it was a good interview and I would recommend working here.
