After I past the online test I was asked to submit an audio explaining why did I apply for this role and why KPMG. Then I waited for a whole month and was invited to launch pad on 9th of December. The launch pad will start with a presentation to introduce KPMG, then the Group exercises. After the lunch there goes Report writing and 1-1 interview.

The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
