El proceso fue sencillo, hablando con las diferentes managers y directora del equipo sobre responsabilidades, conocimiento y expectativas. Al ser un rol inicial, se centraron en la experiencia de 2 años previa pero sobre todo en la posibilidad de aprender.

They reached out to me via LinkedIn, stating that my background would be a perfect match for the role. Following that, they sent an English proficiency exam. Although I am at an upper-intermediate level and completed the test, I haven't received a response since then.
