Comfortable environment discussing prior experience, future career prospects, behavioral and situational interview questions surrounding client management, communication, deadline management, etc. Discussed CPA designation plans, University extracurriculars, prior job experience. They were open to answering questions about the job, their clients, their personal experience at KPMG.

Question 1
How would you maintain relationships with Clients?
There are two 30 mins (total 1 hour) back to back interview person interview with a manager and a partner. The result is provided within the week usually after 1 day
Pretty easy interview process, you talk to a manager for 30min then another 30min back to back with the partner. No technicals. Just some behavioral questions and the partner interview is very laid back and straightforward.
