Cognitive test is pretty standard, but the video interview is super tricky, no thinking/preparation time for each question. It is mostly situational based question that comes one after another, no breaks in between.

Got into a group interview on Microsoft teams with 4 other applicants.
Start with self intro then move onto case discussion then end with presentation. The interview lasted around 1 hour.
It was an online interview, a HireVue-type interview. The question was mostly behavioral and had up to 5-6 questions. The question was generated by AI and we have around 3 minutes to record the response.
