I did a few interviews including EMEA Sales VP, Global Solutions VP, a Senior Director and a Director. After a while we finished the whole process and got an email from HR saying that they would like to move forward and extend an offer for the role. Unfortunately, I never got any other communication from them. I tried to reach them out just to get some feedback and I got no answer at all. The HR department professionalism speak by itself. If after a process involving several senior executives, they were not able to just drop a line to say thanks or provide a quick feedback, I do not want to imagine how they run more low level processes or day by day activities. Quite disappointed with the process and if this is a mirror of their company culture I do not believe that I want to work in this company.
