Interview process was somewhat disorganized. The interview, which was initially described as a one-on-one, turned into a panel without prior notice. There also seemed to be a mismatch between the job description and the topics discussed during the interview. During the discussion, I was asked multiple times to go into details about my previous work that I was not able to share due to NDA constraints. I clarified this, but similar questions were repeated in different forms, which made the conversation a bit challenging. Overall, I would recommend better alignment between the hiring team and clearer expectations during the interview process.
