All behavioral interview. First round with a sales manager and HR. Sometimes the HR people will want to put you in a real sales rep environment by joining calling physicians. Second with National Sales Manager and Director. Third with HR director. Final round with general manager.
First a Hire Vue one way interview . Then a teams meeting with an interview panel. Including two sales managers and one territory manager. Took two weeks between the video interview until the teams interview

I was first contacted by a recruiter and after a few questions about my experience and personality she seemed highly interested in taking the next steps in the process. She immediately told me she would have the regional manager give me a call to schedule an interview time. The next day I received a call from the regional manager scheduling a time that he planned to be in town to have a face to face interview with himself and another sales rep I would be closely working with. After meeting with them, they were both really excited about the possibility of having me on board, as was I. After at least four weeks of going back and forth through emails, and him confirming I am the perfect candidate for the position and he plans to hire me as soon as he gets a thumbs up from the sales director. I logged in to what they now have as SHINE and it stated I was no longer in consideration. I then called the regional manager who confirmed that was true and for some reason it was not in his anymore. I appreciate the relationship I’ve built with him as well as the other sales rep. Plan to keep in touch regardless. This company seems to really care about the people they make connections with even if it hasn’t gone the way you like.
