I was contacted by the HR recruiter, had two rounds of phone interview within HR. Then I had in person interview with the medical director. All along I received positive feedbacks from HR and the medical director but at the end I was not picked for the job. The medical director was nice enough to provide me with constructive feedback after the interview which by the way was very useful and positive. He even offered to support my other applications but I am not sure how much such support would be of use for me.
