I met with 3 people, 1 manager and 2 supervisors. This was mainly for a software development engineer (contractor) for my InstallShield experience. The Manager wanted a person with not just InstallShield experience but also wanted a person willing to work on C++ and C# projects.

They did ask InstallShield specific question on Custom Actions - how a global variable can be identified. For my C# knowledge, asked me to explain about Object Oriented programming concept.

Was very happy with my interview process, the description was accurate and the job was covered properly, I feel that the day to day was well explained by the interviewer and there wasn't anything hidden

Good and well. Tough and challenging. Easy and difficult. Enlightenment and opportunities. And 30 words. And shifty. One two three four five six seven eight years ago and the situation was the same
