Group debate and written test
written test include Bending Moment Diagram, L beam and cantilever and soil mechanics. The group debate foucus on politics and company policy. Overall is easy.

Someone referred my cv. The technical team shortlisted my cv then hr called me and asked my availability for face to face interview and i gave her a date and she scheduled my interview.
however it took two days.
After giving the interview they took 15 days to call me back for interview result.
