I had a recorded video interview, which I always struggle with. It feels inhuman and impersonal. The questions weren't difficult, but they wanted very condensed answers. You could restart the interview whenever you wanted too which was ok.

Not great, the interviews seemed against me from the start as if they had already made their mind up. They also arrived late, I was waiting for 15 minutes and made me a coffee then asked me to pay for it.
