Short ~15 minute interview requiring prior research of the company (basic knowledge of client, projects, and mission) and general "what do you bring to the table" questions. Interview was conducted in person with multiple team members.
It was very casual. I had been recommended by someone and they set up a lunch with the 2 project managers and discussed stuff on my resume. They wanted to know about my previous work experience as well as educational stuff.
