It was more like an assessment, first we were given a presentation, then a numerical and report writing test. Thereafter, a one hour interview with two of their directors. It was a really nice experience as it was my first time, though I didn't really do well in the tests.

Video interview with recorded answers and then a one hour in person interview with 3 interviewers. Relatively friendly and informal, asked quite standard interview questions. A bonus 15 minute video interview was added to discuss CV experience. Received generic rejection email a month later. Overall a positive experience, but they didn't provide feedback for the interview when requested, even though on Gradcracker it says they've signed the feedback pledge.
