Was contacted by Jacobs who found my resume online and thought I was a good candidate. Had a phone screen interview, and a few hours later they scheduled me to do an in-person interview at their headquarters. In-person interview involved 5 interviewers. Both the phone screen and in-person consisted of fairly standard interview questions, no curveballs.
