Initial meeting and then formal interview process. The interview was relatively casual as I was familiar with the people and the team. There were two people in the interview and they were primarily keen to understand my motivations for the role

Half very corporate tick box/ scoring system asking to describe situations (STAR) where you have had to consider, for example, H&S and equality, when you have been adaptable. The other half technical questions with similar situation answers required.

Entretien
The process was comprised of two interviews. The first on was a typical phone interview with general questions like, "what attracted you to the role?". It lasted about 20 minutes. The follow up interview was an hour long with 30 minutes for a prepared presentation and the following 30 minutes for additional questions. Overall, it was a simple process, was quick and everyone I spoke to was very friendly.
